We are seeking a motivated and fluent English-speaking B2B Sales Representative to join our team for the Appointment setting. This role involves selling non-technical business services, including appointment booking and outreach to businesses. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting discovery calls, and supporting the sales pipeline to help drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact Australian businesses through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
Schedule appointments and hand off warm prospects to senior closers or handle smaller deals independently.
Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategy and messaging.
Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare weekly performance updates.
