Position Overview
Boxgreen is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator (B2B Sales) to support our growing corporate client base and smart vending business. In this role, you will be the key link between our clients, sales team, and operations, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, timely documentation, and an excellent customer experience across all B2B touchpoints.
- Manage existing B2B corporate and vending accounts, providing responsive afterβsales support via email, ensuring issues are resolved before cut-off times.
- Draft and manage Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, contracts and invoices, ensuring all sales documents are accurate and issued on time.
- Process invoices and POs promptly to support smooth billing, reconciliation and cashflow.
- Plan and create monthly snack schedules for clients, and handle ad hoc changes or special requests to their orders.
