Position Overview
**Primary Purpose**
The **Interactive Marketing Manager** will be responsible for creating high-impact and experiential content designed for employer and broker audiences. This role works collaboratively with creative, product, and digital marketing roles to spearhead the development of assets that bring our products, insights, and value propositions to life. Examples include tailored website experiences, short-form video, attention-grabbing social content, and interactive reports and brochures.
This role is focused on generating awareness and interest in the employer market.
**This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Newton, MA.**
