At CP, our sales team currently owns the full employer cycle from lead generation to close, leaning heavily on cold outbound. We're good at it, but we're getting close to hitting the ceiling of what outbound alone can do. Deliverability is harder, inboxes are crowded, and great prospects are tuning out. We are now looking for a B2B Growth Manager who can help us reach more employers and build a team around them to help them do so in the coming months.
