General Summary
The B2B Champion is responsible for leading B2B growth within the store. The person in this role will keep B2B top of mind to achieve B2B sales goals. The successful applicant will also work in the store as a sales associate. Full participation in all activities on the floor are expected including but not limited to putting away freight, assisting customers, shelf maintenance, and carry outs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and lead B2B within the store. Sign up new customers as well as work with existing customers to increase their sales.
• Acquire new B2B contacts in the market. Spend time in the markets growing our presence after mastering sales within the store.
• Be able to update B2B Manager and other store personnel with results and growth.
•Provide a positive representation of Ace Hardware.
