Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Azure infrastructure , including handling and resolving support tickets within defined SLAs Monitor cloud environments and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues Configure, maintain, and enhance monitoring and alerting systems Execute infrastructure decommissioning activities following standard processes and compliance guidelines Generate and maintain support reports, audit logs, and user activity reports Ensure system availability, performance, and security across Azure environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements Required Skills & Qualifications
