The Azure Data Platform Owner is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of the data platform. The role leads a team of data engineers to deliver high-quality, reusable, and secure data solutions that serve multiple business functions. Acting as the primary owner of the cloud data platform, this role bridges technology, operations, and delivery, enabling the business to generate value from data.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and evolve the Azure data platform (Databricks, Data Factory, ADLS, Azure SQL, etc.) to support enterprise data and analytics needs.
80% Technical profile and 20% Functional Profile.
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers to deliver data pipelines, integrations, and reusable assets.
