As a Redmond & AssociatesAZ Driver/Machinery Mover - Team Lead , you will be in the forefront of our day-to-day operations. You will champion the R&A brand and drive business by transporting industrial machinery, forklifts, and other equipment to each job site. Once you are on-site, you will lead and equip a team in transporting and placing the machines. This position is for those already experienced in Machinery Moving who also have a valid AZ License and can operate manual transmission. This position does not require a degree, but 5+ years of Mover/Rigging experience and an AZ License is necessary. Additionally, this is a leadership position, and special emphasis will be placed on developing those you work with.
