Position Overview

Interim AWS Security Architect - Financial Services
Robert Half is supporting a global consulting firm in engaging an experienced AWS Security Architect as an interim associate to support a large-scale cloud security programme for a major financial services organisation. This role will focus on deep AWS application and infrastructure security, working closely with engineering teams and AWS as a strategic partner to design and secure cloud-native platforms.
Assignment Details:
Start: c. 2-3 week onboarding lead time
Location: Primarily remote, with flexibility for occasional days in the City of London
Contract Duration: Initial 6-month contract (strong likelihood of extension)
Day Rate: £600 p/day PAYE + 12.07% via PAYE (Employer's NI & tax deducted at source - no umbrella company admin fees)
