Collaborate and manage different stakeholders, such as IT security, different management levels, AWS Service Team, providers and customers.
Work closely with the development team, your CSA peers and bridge the gap to the MAN Senior Management and stakeholders.
Set and align the main focus for the team with your CSA peers and the MAN management.
Align with the Engineering Manager and Agile Enabler to increase the overall team maturity.
Lead, together with peers, the product management and service management of both platform and business service—AWS Platform and CI/CD Platform (Gitlab, SonarQube).
Drive the standards and guidelines for these platforms.
Evangelize and consult internally with project and product teams.
Take care of the big picture of how the platforms are integrated with the overall MAN Truck & Bus landscape; manage the development of a long‑term vision.
