Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for Windows Server & Linux environments
• Manage and troubleshoot AWS workloads (EC2, S3, EBS, SSM, CloudWatch)
• Handle incidents, performance issues, and system outages
• Support network configurations (VPC, subnets, security groups, NLB)
• Perform patching, automation, and system hardening
• Work closely with cloud, network, and security teams

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Windows / Linux administration and at least 2+ years of cloud operations experience (AWS preferred).
• Experience managing Windows workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including EC2, S3, IAM, Azure VMs, and Compute Engine.
