The Associate Vice President (AVP), US FSSC and Legal Entity Reporting is a seasoned leadership role with end-to-end accountability for accounting, reporting, and financial governance across the U.S. Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC) at John Hancock / Manulife. The role supports Life, Annuities, and Surplus operations, along with legal entity reporting for U.S. insurance and non-insurance entities, separate accounts, and benefit plans.

This position is critical to delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality external and management reporting under IFRS, NAIC, and U.S. GAAP, ensuring strong financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness within a complex, multi-basis environment.
