Establish frameworks for technology choices, design patterns, scalability, and security in integration services with resilience at the top most priority.
Lead, mentor, and upskill teams in Agile engineering practices, design-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders and solution architects to validate integration requirements, designs, and timelines. Champion best practices in Agile, DevOps, and engineering quality across teams.
Act as the integration SPOC in Enterprise Architecture forums (e.g., EADA), presenting designs, risks, and mitigations.
Provide transparency through dashboards, metrics, and reporting to senior management and IT SteerCo.
