The incumbent works directly with the CEO to support the shaping, prioritisation and execution of enterprise‑level strategic and transformation initiatives. This is a strategy‑driven execution role, focused on ensuring that transformation initiatives are commercially sound, well‑sequenced, governed and embedded into the business to deliver sustained outcomes. The role operates at the intersection of strategy formulation, enterprise execution and value realisation, helping senior leadership translate strategic intent into coherent, prioritised and measurable initiatives across the organisation. This includes productivity improvement, operating model enhancement, capability building and selective deployment of digital and analytical tools where they deliver clear business value.
