Ensure the implementation of risk control frameworks and establishment of efficient risk controls across APAC division.
Be the first point of contact towards 1 LoD, 2 LoD as well as HOs by responding to their queries adequately and timely and participating in clarification calls and discussions.
Represent the interests of 1LoD control owners and handle requests from front office such as enhancements on system, procedures.
Deliver training and communication on compliance matters to businesses/stakeholders when needed.
Collaborate closely with senior management, planning team in SNG/HO and front office to work for the re‑organization, enhancement of TOM or group governance, while evaluating potential risks and challenges as necessary.
Support the preparation and coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Management Committee meetings, and regulatory inspections.
