Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting: Managing financial accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Tax Compliance: Overseeing tax filings, GST returns, and ensuring tax compliance with statutory requirements.
MIS: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for management decision-making.
Legal: Handling legal documentation, statutory compliance, and liaising with legal advisors on various matters.
Audit and Internal Controls : Coordinate with auditors for audit planning and execution. Support implementation of internal controls and SOPs
Candidate Requirements :
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance
