The AVP, Legal will join the in-house legal team supporting ADDX's MAS-regulated capital markets platform. Reporting to the VP, Legal, the role covers a broad remit across commercial, regulatory, corporate and transactional matters. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment with direct exposure to senior management and the autonomy to run matters independently, supported by active mentorship from the VP, Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including platform issuance documentation, service and partnership agreements, NDAs and vendor contracts.
2. Support platform product launches and token issuances, working with the business, compliance and external counsel to structure offerings and prepare associated legal documentation.
