Job Description
Oversees the development, integration, and administration of all labor relations activities within the organization. Develops and implements strategies meant to ensure satisfaction of both the organization and the union/unionized workforce.
Job Responsibility
+ Leads the Labor Relations function by developing leaders and driving programs and initiatives that support and impact the overall Northwell health system goals.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, including managing through challenging situations, building trust, and creating accountability.
