**Job Summary and Qualifications**

The primary responsibilities of the AVP Hospital Based Service Consultant for the Physician Resource Team (PRT) include:

Supports PRT with the development of enterprise-wide initiatives and assessments that serve to mitigate expense pressures and increase operational effectiveness. Develop, execute, and monitor strategies that will impact on the company’s physician professional services including Medical Directorship, ER On-Call, and Professional Service Agreements for clinical services.
