Role Mission

Lead enterprise-wide innovation, integration, and intelligent automation across corporate and enterprise systems to modernise StarHub’s technology landscape and accelerate digital transformation.

Accountabilities

• Own the Innovation, Integration & Automation (IIA) strategy and roadmap for enterprise systems.
• Lead integration, orchestration, and middleware optimisation across ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Productivity platforms.
• Drive intelligent automation and workflow transformation across enterprise functions.
• Establish and scale the Innovation & Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Govern standards, architecture alignment, and delivery excellence for all enterprise integration and automation initiatives.
