Job Summary

The focus of this role is to support Fiduciary Services Operations. The Fiduciary Services product suite covers Performance Measurement, Compliance Monitoring, and Trustee Operations services offered by the Financial Markets Operations of Standard Chartered Bank. Your role will primarily focus on performance measurement for clients based in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Fiduciary Services Operations to ensure operations are standardised, deliver high‑quality services, meet group targets, and maintain operational risk at an accepted level.
• Partner with Country Operations, Product and Sales to ensure key services meet required standards, align with growth targets, and support the Product & Solutions and Delivery team.
