This is an integral leadership role within MetLife’s Finance and Risk Management (FRM) Technology organization. It is an exciting time to be part of FRM as we continue to modernize and transform while continually being focused on our talent and culture.
This role is accountable for executing the technological aspects of the ERP transformation in close collaboration with business leaders, while partnering with Enterprise Architecture and other teams.
The role will be building, leading and developing the global delivery model, offshore technology team in MGCC, working with system integrator partners, and will be responsible for a successful transition from PeopleSoft to Workday, with ERP data and analytics enablement.
