Execute debt products comprising debt securities, syndicated loan and project finance which shall encompass formulating and undertaking business development and origination functions.

Responsibilities

• To be one of the members working together with the Team Leads to achieve the division’s revenue based on targeted revenue set on individual basis
• To support the Team Leads in origination and execution to achieve overall results on a team basis
• The role will include preparation of pitch books & presentations, structuring & execution of debt securities, syndicated loan or project finance, which includes due diligence process, cashflow modelling, preparing information memorandums, liaison with rating agencies and relevant regulatory authorities and investors/ participating lenders/ investment banks, documentation, attending to financial close of transaction amongst others.
