Group Legal, Compliance & Secretariat (LCS) ensures that the bank's interests are protected by zealously guarding and enhancing its reputation and capital. Responsibilities
Provide overall legal and compliance support to Consumer Banking, Private Banking and Bancassurance business (CBG & PB), including but not limited to:
(a) manage legal and compliance risks arising from the activities and operations undertaken by CBG & PB;
(b) provide critical risk assessment of transactions, structures and new initiatives;
(c) review and advise on existing and new laws and regulations;
