**Requirements**

+ **4+ years of recent avionics/electrical experience in aviation (required)**
+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics
+ Hands-on experience with wiring, installations, and testing
+ **Military avionics experience welcomed**

+ Lead and support avionics installation team
+ Install, modify, and fabricate wiring and electrical components
+ Build wire harnesses, perform terminations and system testing
+ Troubleshoot with Engineering and ensure quality compliance
