Summary The Training Center Program Manager (TCPM) serves as the primary operations interface between the training center, its training center evaluators (TCEs), ground/flight instructors, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Responsibilities A. Technical Administration Determines through surveillance and investigation that the training center is adequately staffed with appropriately qualified instructors and TCEs. Monitors TCEs to determine adequacy and quality of approved training programs. Conduct initial and annual training and designation of all assigned evaluators. Reviews flight training equipment discrepancy logs to assure compliance with established criteria. Assists the National Simulator Program Manager in initial and recurring qualifications of flight simulators and selected flight training devices.
