As an Avaya Engineer (L3), you will be responsible for the information technology (IT) support of our business. You will provide IT technical support to all teams within the organisation and ensure that they have access to their devices and data wherever they are in the world. You'll be able to build strong relationships with colleagues from other departments in order to share knowledge or solve problems as a team. You should also be comfortable working under pressure, as your work may involve managing multiple projects at once.
