Avature System Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Avature system workflows to meet business and system requirements.
- Document configuration decisions and system requirements for reference and future development.
- Provide general support and day-to-day issue resolution to end users, including HR, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates.
- Collaborate with IT and HR to troubleshoot and resolve interface and integration issues.
- Analyze business problems and develop solutions to improve processes and system functionality.
- Support implementation of upgrades and patches, including testing and validation.
- Develop and deliver training documentation and end-user training as needed.
- Maintain role-based security to ensure accurate functionality for users.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of ATS data.
