Lead inventory accuracy through audits: Conduct regular shop floor walks and stockroom audits to ensure precise completion of core inventory processes and stocktakes.
Optimise online order fulfillment and pricing: Collaborate with the Customer Experience Leader to investigate discrepancies in online orders and implement preventative measures. Also oversee ticketing accuracy to prevent pricing issues.
Manage production plans: For stores with onsite production (like Meat and Bakery), review and finalise production plans to ensure accurate output.
