VIDEO/AUDIO CONFERENCING- Video/audio conference set-up and support- Site certification of all new and relocated video conference systems- Assisting with support for video/audio conferencing problems- Investigating faults and recommending further actions to rectify- Supporting virtual events- Working with virtual technologies including but not limited to - WebEx, Zoom and TeamsGENERAL AV MEETING ROOM SUPPORT- Ensuring all multi-media/presentation rooms are maintained in good working order- AV equipment set-up and support- Presentation/multi-media meeting room support, including duration support- Assisting with support for multi-media broadcasting- Quick response to emergency/ad-hoc requestsFAULTS AND ROOM CHECKS- Carrying out regular preventative room checks...
