This role is for individuals with at least 1–2 years of event AV setup and operations experience who are ready to take on more responsibility. You will be involved in setup, basic troubleshooting, and on‑site execution across live events and productions. You should be comfortable working independently in fast‑paced environments. We are building a high‑performance team and are looking for technicians who take pride in disciplined, systems‑driven operations.

• Warehouse & Prep: Prepare equipment based on packing lists. Follow existing packing systems and checklists to ensure 100% load‑out accuracy.
