Posting Summary
This role will serve in a key leadership position in the management structure of the department; provide supervision and leadership of the AV Support Team within the ETS – Client Services umbrella; oversee the strategic direction of multimedia/AV technology initiatives at the university level that are mission critical. Design, analyze, integrate and support the classroom AV systems that are strategic to the university’s technology goals; provide project leadership, contracted vendor management and specialized classroom AV deployments having an institution-wide impact; consult and coordinate with colleges, departments, major units and other IT support personnel to plan and implement campus-wide AV services, including meeting space and other AV technologies across campus.
