Key Responsibilities:
AV server room management and coordinating with the remote team to install and troubleshoot AV equipment. Set up and configure AV equipment (video conferencing systems, digital displays, projectors, microphones, speakers) for meetings, events, and presentations. Integrate AV systems with IT infrastructure (e.g., network-based AV solutions, cloud platforms like Zoom/MS Teams). Perform routine inspections, updates, and repairs to ensure optimal functionality. Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues promptly, including connectivity, audio/video quality, and control system errors.
