Description
A leader in office space planning, design and installation are currently looking to make an addition to their service team. This group focuses on providing repairs and service to existing customers, they also support sales, installation, warehouse, vendors and clients. This is a position that will require strong administrative, data entry and customer service skills. We are looking for someone with a mechanical aptitude, understands how to use tools to repair office furniture.
The right candidate will be responsible for handling all Audio Visual Installs. Working directly with the internal project managers, and following up with clients from time to time.
Responsibilities Include:
• Secure labor for installations.
• Timely installation of AV projects.
• Install arrivals communicated to customer(s).
• Build installation schedules into the future.
• Fleet utilization
• Teamwork: schedule installations with AV Project Managers.
