Overview

Role Objective: As a Junior Bookkeeper, your objective is to support the accounting team by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing basic financial insights to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating financial records and databases.


• Process day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable data.


• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.


• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing and payments questions.


• Assist with the preparation of ad hoc financial reports and bookkeeping analysis as needed.
