Sussex Insurance – Inside Superstore, 160 st in South Surrey is currently hiring experienced Autoplan Agents to join our growing team. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Level 1 or Level 2 agents who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the counter with Autoplan insurance servicesRespond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficientlyProvide accurate product information and policy adviceHelp customers select appropriate insurance products and servicesRecommend additional products or upgrades when appropriate (upselling) Qualifications:
Level 1 or Level 2 Autoplan license requiredExperience with ICBC Policy Center is highly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
