**Job Summary**

The contractor will provide a qualified vehicle Data Collector to support riders and community safety. This position is responsible for reviewing rider-related incidents, investigating complaints, and adjudicating cases based on a pre-defined program. The role works cross-functionally with Customer Service, Local Operations, and Government Relations to ensure incidents are handled accurately, fairly, and in alignment with company policies and city expectations.
