Automotive Supplier Quality Engineer

The Supplier Quality Engineer will support all aspects of supply chain development including selection, trials and launch activity working in close liaison with the Programme and Supply Chain Managers. You will visit and interface directly with suppliers and customers supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions and play an active role in the APQP process for NPI.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Management of supply base quality activities for programmes ensuring both proactive and reactive actions are in place to assure on time delivery of approved parts for Manufacturing.
Supplier Audit/Assessment:
Ensure supplier audit/site assessments conducted against Plan for Series Production and Projects
Drive resolution of open issues raised by team.
