In this role, you’ll be the communication hub of our service department—coordinating workflow, assigning jobs to technicians, and ensuring our customers receive fast, reliable service.
What You’ll Do
+ Efficiently dispatch repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill level and availability
+ Maintain clear communication between service advisors and technicians
+ Monitor work progress to ensure on-time completion
+ Update repair orders and manage workflow in the shop management system
+ Help maintain a smooth, organized, and safe shop environment
+ Assist with customer updates as needed
