Position Overview
Duties: - Drive parts sales across retail, workshop, and trade channels, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, upselling, and service excellence
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock with precision, ensuring accuracy in receiving, binning, and issuing of parts
- Oversee stock control, including ordering, replenishment strategies, and minimizing obsolescence
- Handle quotations, invoicing, and payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy and profitability
- Manage backorders, special orders, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal turnaround times
- Monitor GP, pricing structures, and discount controls to protect department profitability
- Ensure accurate allocation of parts to job cards and seamless coordination with the workshop
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and efficient layout within the parts department
