Position Overview
About the role IMPORTANT: It is not an engineering - design role, it is related with sales and processes.
Key Responsibilities - Service Quality Monitoring:
- Conduct secret visits (mystery shopping) to BYD dealers and competitor service centers.
- Collect and regularly report findings on service quality.
- Sales Service Improvement:
- Promote service improvement actions based on visit results.
- Follow up to ensure that all identified issues are resolved effectively.
- PDI & After-Sales Support:
- Monitor and follow up on Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and after-sales issues.
- Support the rapid implementation of corrective and improvement projects.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Administration, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics or a related field.
