EchoPark is seeking to add a Buyer Specialist/Admin to our team in Thornton, CO. As a Buyer Specialist, you will process all paperwork required to complete vehicle purchases. You’ll ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time—helping both customers and internal teams close purchases smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Purchasing Documentation: Review and prepare contracts, addenda, disclosure forms, and power of attorney documents.Title & Registration: Verify title status, lienholder information, registration forms, and state-specific DMV requirements.Financial Verification: Accurately verify loan payoffsCompliance & Accuracy: Ensure all paperwork meets federal, state, and dealership policies (including Odometer and title disclosures).Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with the buyers to ensure all paperwork is accurate and signed.Customer Communication: Pr...
