Responsibilities

+ This Title / Billing Clerk Assistant position will cover processing vehicle funding packages, inventory processing and basic title work at both the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia dealership as well as serve as back up at our Chevrolet dealership.

+ Complete the auto sales billing process by processing sales contract, bills of sale, DMV registration and Verify entry for retail & wholesales sales.

+ Post accounting entries related to all DMV and wholesale transactions

+ Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed
