Position Overview
Responsibilities - Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
- Arrange and follow up on customer appointments
- Reply WhatsApp messages and phone calls
- Update records and prepare basic documents
- Coordinate with workshop team on vehicle servicing schedules
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word / Excel)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage (fresh candidates are welcome)
