Position Overview
PRIMARY PURPOSE:1.New assembly machine / fixture /process development 2.New vision inspection machine development 3.Standardization and modularization development4.Support to resolve product issue for new product (analysis and improve proposal ), and support to improve for mass productionDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Design and develop the assembly process and machine to meet production requirement2.Lead automation engineer / technician to build up assembly process and machine3.Work with PD for new product feasibility and low cost design review4.Work with vision / electrical control engineer to develop the vision / assembly machine5.Work with PD, PE, AQP to fully debug the process and assembly tooling6.Lead to product issue resolve.REQUIREMENTSUniversity graduated.
