Collaborate closely with dotted line to the BA, and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties Lead the development and execution of the APAC Life Science automation strategy, building regional capability for software, SCADA, PLC, control system upgrades, commissioning support and lifecycle services. Support Getinge SSUs (Service Support Unit) across APAC in customer-specific automation issues, software modifications, commissioning challenges, upgrade opportunities and compliance-driven solutions. Responsible for SCADA implementation India and APAC Support rebuilding and upgrades of control systems. Work with SSUs during SAT when support on automation is needed.
