Job Description
A client of Insight Global in the Whitehall, MI area is seeking an Automation Leader to join their team! This individual will own the development, integration, and commissioning of robotics and automation in a high‑reliability manufacturing environment. This role improves yield, reduces variation, and lowers costs by automating processes, sustaining existing systems, and deploying new equipment. This leader directs the automation team, manages projects and capital initiatives, oversees robot controls and software, and tracks performance against KPIs, budgets, and timelines. Success depends on strong technical leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and developing teams while driving continuous improvement and standardization.

Compensation:
$120,000 to $130,000 annually
