Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Automation Engineer to join the Global Marketing Transformation group at one of our financial services clients in New York City. This person will be responsible to:
-Own and scale content automation using Seismic, including SQL‑driven data models and client‑ready outputs
-Design, build, and enhance automated workflows, integrations, and platform features
-Act as Seismic platform SME, advising on capabilities, roadmap opportunities, and integrations
-Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical designs and solutions
-Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Technology, Investments, and Data teams
-Support platform adoption through training, documentation, and post‑deployment optimization
-Lead delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing scope, quality, timelines, and risk
-Contribute to innovation, best practices, and mentorship within the transformation team
