Position Overview
- Install, program, and maintain security systems including alarms, CCTV, access control, automation, and fencing systems
- Install, service, and repair copier and multifunction printer machines
- Test all systems after installation to ensure full functionality
- Ensure all installations comply with company and industry standards
- Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and provide technical support
- Provide training and guidance to clients on proper system usage
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance
- Work closely with team members and report technical issues to management
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
