About the Role:

The Automation CoE Specialist serves as a central IT resource responsible for accelerating business automation andlow‑codesolution delivery using Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.

This is a global role that supports aself‑serviceautomation model by coaching and enabling business teams, providing solution architecture andbest‑practiceguidance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all solutionscomply withestablished governance and standards.

While most solutions are developed by business teams, the Automation CoE Specialist will also design and deliverend‑to‑endautomation solutions directly whenrequired, particularlyhigh‑priority,time‑sensitive, orcross‑functionalinitiatives.
